Fares for minibuses were set at 12 lira for students and 20 lira for full-paying passengers.
The student fare was increased to 8 liras and the full fare to 15 liras for city buses and private buses. For commercial taxis, the basic fare was raised from 60 TL to 90 TL and the kilometre fare from 13 TL to 18 TL.
It has been announced that the UKOME decision will come into force tomorrow (28 June) after it has been signed.
