AMED TIMES - The Higher Education Council has approved the admission of 25 students to the Kurdish language programme at Dicle University's Faculty of Literature.
For the first time, Dicle University's Faculty of Literature will admit students to the Kurdish Language and Literature programme. The university's application for the admission of students was approved by the University Council. These students will be admitted to the Department of Kurdish Language and Literature in the university examination to be held in June.
Previously, Dicle University admitted students with degrees in Kurdish language, but there was no admission of students to the department. With the new decision of the University Council, the university will for the first time admit students for a Kurdish language undergraduate programme.
